Natural light, warm finishes, and practical comforts make this 400-square-foot studio a welcoming home base for one or two adults visiting or working in Asheville. Your private entrance and covered patio give you space to settle into your own rhythm.
Rest on a quality memory foam mattress with comfortable linens and soft pillows. Blackout shades, storage with hangers, a ceiling fan, and your own heating and air-conditioning controls help you feel at home. Relax on the sofa with a Smart TV that adjusts for viewing from the sofa or bed.

The kitchenette includes cutlery, dishes, mugs, glassware, a coffeemaker, tea kettle, small refrigerator, microwave, single induction cooktop, toaster, and blender. This is a kitchenette, rather than a full kitchen, with a small refrigerator.
Step outside to your private covered patio with a table, two chairs, and a bench. Enjoy morning coffee, fresh air, birds, and trees, or unwind with an evening drink.

Rent is $1,500 per month. A $60 cleaning is required every four weeks, plus a separate $60 checkout cleaning. Deposit terms and any other agreed charges are provided in the rental agreement.

How many people can stay?
The cottage accommodates up to two adults.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted. Assistance-animal accommodations are handled separately in accordance with applicable law.
Is Wi-Fi included?
High-speed wireless internet is provided.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. Candles and incense are also not allowed.
What are the quiet hours and visitor limits?
Quiet hours begin at 11 p.m.; please keep outdoor noise to a minimum. No parties or events. Gatherings may not exceed four people total. Maximum overnight occupancy is two people.
How do I request a stay?
Send your preferred dates and a few details about your stay. We'll confirm availability and discuss next steps. An inquiry does not reserve the cottage.

Located half a block off Charlotte Street and three blocks from Merrimon Avenue, the cottage is less than a mile from downtown Asheville’s restaurants and craft breweries. Asheville Yoga Center and neighborhood favorites are a short stroll away.
Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Harris Teeter are less than half a mile away. Explore on foot, by bike, bus, rideshare, or car through charming historic neighborhoods, with leafy streets and occasional glimpses of local wildlife.
Parking: Off-street parking accommodates subcompact or smaller vehicles. Larger vehicles can use nearby street parking, subject to availability.
